walls bow out in mid terrace

dear jeffrey

i am about to purchase my dream location pad and my surveyor snow says ''deflection to front elevation / suspects unstability to front walls / not tied into ceiling roof joists'' or so. What would be my position if i proceed with sale with this knowledge. i do not need a mortgage but willneed insurance

i would advise a structural surveyor who has experience with the type of building construction here. there could be more than one reason for the deflection you mention. i would be glad to recommend a local firm if you are out of the south east. or call me for a visit.

best of eveything
