how would one introduce an external project manager after works have begun and unforseen works seem to be over running the original schedule. ive tried to cope with the amount of additions but it changes and grows by the day nearly and im not able to be on site daily.

i think you had better appoint some one soon or to put the project on hold . it sounds as if things are running away with you and your schedule and probably monies. call me for a meeting on site a.s.a.p.
