I have a request for assistance with budgeting a maintenence programme for a friends property whilst overseas. The schedule of works / survey has defined the works required instantly and over a period. I need to impliment a works programme that will complete certain sections within cetain periods, but it seems that some works overlap and some seem to be needing re-visiting by specialist trades. Could you advise in your experience. gl.

If you could forward the lastest schedule/survey, I will be glad to clarify in my opinion the areas that might throw up some confussion. It might well be that ceratin areas will need revisiting and i suggest you put this to your 'specialist contractors when you first entertain thier quotes as this will be return works for them also. And it would of course be prudent to engage the same specialists to maintain the quality etc. CALL for any further discussion j.t.
