Can I request varification in your expereince, with regard to variations created in project design & feasibility, caused by .. unforseen.. works ''archeaological'' and therefore impacting on projects contract.

My existing project is but one month (of3) into contract and the 'discovery' has caused the re-evaluation of the funding of the works. Of course we have contingencies and clauses, but the feasibility is now very close to becoming not.

My team are awaiting instructions, and the archy' team are at the door ... so to speak. Archaeology versus Feasibilty versus Manageability. asap. ML.
