lime render salts deterioration

within a year of renewed lime renders , spalling accurring at ground levels and patches friable back to first sharp sand coat

much hair used in both coats and five coats of casien lime wash used, please advise asap

you say delamination / spalling at ground levels only; i would sugest first to look at immediate external ground levels and their

make-up; hard standing will splash back with our increased amounts of rainfall; have you a french drain in place;

you mention salts and i assume external attack and not within the render/substructure ? or are you at roadside / environment you get an insipid exposure from splash and grit throughout the season; personal experience would suggest 3.5 hydraulic
